WHO WE ARE

AVN College of Management and Technology Trust for Social Services is a Non- profit, Non-Government organization, which is registered under Registered Under Indian Trust Act-1882. We are working tirelessly since 2012 for upliftment of the underprivileged. AVN College of Management and Technology Trust has undertaken holistic approach for over all development of the deprived and underprivileged section. By supporting, empowering, and linking them with the development process through a people-centric approach, we have positively touched the lives of the society’s underprivileged groups through our numerous initiatives. We have also guided and connected them to numerous government schemes and programmes. 

AVN Trust has made contributions over the past 10 years in the following areas: formation and capacity building of FPOs and SHGs, social and legal awareness among women and the poor, natural resource management, promotion of sustainable livelihoods among the underprivileged, Initiatives to prevent HIV/AIDS and raise awareness among injecting drug users, developing young people’s skills and vocational knowledge for improved employability, programmes for clean water and sanitation in both urban and rural regions, Women’s literacy, formal and informal education for children in rural and urban slums who lack access to a formal education, and capacity building for grassroots social sector groups working on a variety of issues in numerous states in northern and some north eastern parts of India.

Our initiatives are created to help the underprivileged and most vulnerable members of society, as well as women, young people, and other disadvantaged individuals from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds living in both rural and urban areas throughout India. AVN Trust supports a participatory approach, and we aim to ensure At AVN Trust, we guarantee active community involvement throughout the development process. Our projects are more long-term sustainable because we continually work to offer local communities durable answers. From problem and need identification through project planning, project implementation to monitoring and evaluation, Avn Trust is adamant that community involvement promotes long-term efficacy, cost effectiveness, and self-reliance. Each and every working area of AVN Trust is taken care of by a highly effective team of employees. Under the dynamistic direction of our CEO, our team is perfectly capable of putting the Board of Avn Trust’s vision into action. To meet obstacles and perform at its best to help the organisation achieve its goals, our team receives routine training on a regular basis. At AVN Trust, we manage each and every area of our work according to the highest standards. When it comes to managing everything, including office administration, finances, our projects, and monitoring, evaluating, and reporting, we follow internationally recognised standards.

Since we are an ISO-certified company, we appreciate transparency and implement it in all aspects of management. With the local demands of our nation and the areas we are working on in mind, AVN Trust is committed to achieving the sustainable goals established by the United Nations. We actively pursue self-sustaining developmental goals for all of our programmes and treatments because we are committed to sustainability.

WHAT WE DO

AVN Trust is strategically involved in numerous life-altering projects for the overall development of the underprivileged, including health-related projects like HIV/AIDS, reproductive & child health, and others. Enhancing sustainable livelihoods for the marginalised is a goal of community development. Education-project for out-of-school youth: “All youth will study, grow, and develop to fulfil their full potential” and capacity building for NGOs, federations, FPOs, and SHGs in the social sector. AVN Trust has the distinctive feature of having a number of thrust areas with various techniques that function not independently of one another but in unison with everything else to maximise programme results with the least amount of resources and the greatest impact.
